So Razer just released their own Knockoff stream deck and let's just make Something clear this is 100 a knockoff It is a one-to-one copy paste but I Posted a full video on it and I had some People commenting asking why I don't Like competition why I would tear this Down someone who runs a YouTube channel And has to give advice on what to buy I Can't recommend it because there are two Kinds of knockoffs first kind of Knockoff is the way that every Innovation is built you take something That already exists you add something New change something give it more value Than the previous version had and you Release it either at the same price or At less so you're getting more for a Greater value if there's a little bit New about it it's called incremental if There's a lot new it's called Innovative The Razer stream decks our extreme Controller is the other kind of knockoff It is a direct knockoff there's zero new Value there's nothing that this thing Does that the stream deck doesn't do in Fact it does slightly less than what the Stream deck does at the same price so as A consumer I'm happy it exists I'm happy It pushes Elgato to be more Innovative But I'm also never going to buy it Because it provides no value to me or Really anybody else
